Yup, got about a night there on the way back to the US.

First question: can I enter on arrival without paying for a visa?

Second: what to do?? Not looking to pay for a hotel... just something or a few things to keep me up all night.

Visa on entry, if you're American, Canadian or British. The train into Tokyo takes over an hour, so depending on how much time you have it could be an option. Otherwise you'll just have to hang in Narita, which is about 10 minutes away.

Go to Shibuya or Roppongi if you want to stay up all night.

Yeah, looks like I'll have a full night of it. Though knowing Japan, the train to Tokyo probably costs like fifty bucks.

Anything worth seeing in Narita??

I think one way into Tokyo is around $20, so $40 round trip.

There is a really friendly girl who works at the bookstore at Narita. So much fun to talk with... Just make sure not to buy the porno mag from her, that kinda killed the mood when I left.

I have a 7 hour layover. Been to Tokyo earlier this year and don't want to spend much money. Is Narita worth visiting for a couple hours? And is it do-able in that time frame? Cheers.
