how long should one expect to wait for their pension once they've left the country, and their last payday was before the 10th of any given month?
it's been five weeks now for me, and that seems a little excessive. previous estimations on the net have put it at 2-3 weeks - but i can't remember the last time anyone got it in less than four weeks.
any ideas? kind of really pissed right now . . . |

Unless there was some problem with the bank information for your deposit the refund is typically 30-60 days after your departure.
At 5 weeks you are still within the expected window.
If you are concerned you can try to call the national pension service (the number is on their web page: http://www.nps.or.kr/ ). You will need your ARC number to access the information.
