Apologies if this is posted in wrong forum.

Can anyone tell me, what do you need to hand over/show at the Korean Consulate in Fukuoka if you are issued a Notice of Appointment, instead of a Visa Issuance number?

Cheers,

Ollie

Fill out the form in advance. That way you can go in, hand in the documents, and leave. It seems that most people just fill out the form when they get there and THEN stand in the line up.

The office is closed from something like 12-1pm. So there will be a little group of E2 applicants waiting at the gate. Unless you get there at some other time, it's easier for you to have the form already filled out.

Thanking you.

Where can I get the form? Is it downloadable?

Kindest,

Ollie

This may not be the case in Fukuoka anymore, but I seem to recall that you can only drop off your documents in the morning and then you must pick them up in the afternoon the following day. No drop offs in the afternoon, no pickups in the morning. It definitely works that way at the korean consulate in Manila. Anyone confirm for Fukuoka?

I did my visa run to Fukuoka this year. I dropped off the paperwork in the afternoon. There were a lot of other people there doing the same thing. Then I went back the next morning to pick up the passport and visa.

OP, PM me with your email address and I'll send you the forum. I have a version that you can fill out on the computer. It makes it easier to fill in the tiny little boxes and still be legible. You can also give it to your boss to fill in the address and names in Korean.
