Kind of a dumb question, but i want to take a bus and not a taxi to the airport.

In the U.S. i took luggage on the bus, but i don't know if that is a common thing to do here.

It's only a duffle bag , but still.

shouldn't be a problem, I've seen ajumma's carry giant bundles of God knows what onto buses several times.

Koreans do this all the time. Usually they just have one rolling suitcase, although theoretically more than one is perfectly fine.

They're actually very lax about that sort of thing here. I've taken several bags and even a dog in its travel cage without so much as a batted eyelash from the bus driver.

If you take the airport limo bus you can put as much luggage as you want in the luggage compartment.

as far as I know, airport express buses (to ICN) have a luggage area. I've put my 2 giant suitcases and big carry-on there before.

No, it's just a regular city bus.

I know I can store the luggage once I get to Gimpo to Incheon.

It sounds like a bad idea to me. Taking an intercity bus and then an airport limo bus would be better. Otherwise you're just making it hard on yourself and everyone else.

If it's just one duffle bag, that should be no problem at all.
