| What time does the Mok-dong immigration office open? I need to go there tomorrow and I'm guessing it's going to be crazy busy! |

i believe they start seeing people around 9:00. i had to replace a lost arc there last spring and was also worried about it being insanely crowded. i got there at about 8:40 and was the only one there for awhile. the guard got me ticket #1, they opened the booth in the basement early for me to buy the stamp i needed, and i was out the door before 9:15. it was nowhere near the hassle i'd expected.
i'm pretty sure you can schedule appointments in advance via the internet, but don't have any information for you on that front. good luck! |
