Got a long layover in Tokyo tomorrow... debating if I should go into Tokyo or just hang out in the airport. I'm lazy and Tokyo's expensive and I have many movies downloaded on my laptop.

So... my big question... is there free wireless at the Narita airport?? Or are there any decent places to crash for a few hours, lounges, couches, etc?

It's also worth noting that I'm good at sneaking into such places.

No free wireless. There's some relatively affordable computers for accessing the internet available in the terminal, despite the help desk telling me there isn't. As far as I know, it's far from the city (and expensive to get there). i know they have some sort of spa and such there. It's not the cheapest airport, even for some simple food. But, it's decent enough and can probably hang low there. how long's your layover?

I've been through and to Narita a couple times, but have never had to stay very long.

As for going into the city, the cheapest way takes about an hour and cost a little over 1,000 yen (one way). There are faster express trains, but it will cost you.

I've heard there's sort of an imitation mini-Tokyo near the airport. If you can find out what the deal is it might be a cool place to burn a few hours.

There was free wireless when I was going through there (3.5 weeks ago).

Not everywhere in the airport, though, only in a few places. It was "sponsored" by Google Chrome.
