Has anyone had experience working at Eulji University in Seongnam?
I was offered a job there, and the administrators seem quite friendly and it was a good working environment.
However, the contract only stipulates that a teacher must work either during the summer or winter break for additional pay, if requested. I was told that means 6-8 weeks in EITHER summer or winter. However, when I asked if there could be a clause in the contract stating this clearly and definitely they said they don't want to put it in there because its 'flexible'.
Does anyone have experience there? |
