My internet stopped working after I unplugged the modem one time. The network map shows its not connected anymore. This happened before and my co -teacher arranged for someone from the company to come round and they fixed it almost immediately. But I dont want to bother her about it again. What can I do? |

what lights are flashing on the modem?
No joke, modern modems might be the only devices in existence that you can use the old Nintendo trick (shake it) on and expect it to work.
Anyway, it is probably just a poor connection along the way from the wall to your computer. |

If you have KT you can call their English service center at 1588-8448. You don't even have to know your address (I sure don't), just give them your account info and name, maybe ARC number too, and they'll be there pretty much as early as you can meet them. I think they're open until 6 or 7 PM. |
