I'm getting a car next month. Can someone recommend a cheap car insurance company? I'm having trouble finding info on that.
Also, do you know if it's possible for the seller to transfer their insurance to me?

EduCar insure teachers and have lower rates. They don't deal with Hagwon teachers though.
AFAIK The Seller's insurance can't be transferred to you. I believe you can change his insurance with his permission to allow anyone to drive the car. |
