I need a Twister game asap for my summer camp tomorrow. My co-teacher was supposed to get one for me, but she apparently didn't. I've already tried Homeplus. Thanks for your help. |

Kidari English Bookstore is the best place to find Twister. Maybe there's one in your area.
Good luck!

Why buy it?
Colored paper and tape.
Tape the circles on the floor
Grab 2 large dice ( school likely has then) tape the color swatches onto one di and the feet and hands position on the other one.
Or make your own spinner, the school should have what you need ( cardboard and an alligator clip

I've thought of making my own board, but the last time I played homemade Twister (years ago before coming to Korea) the colored circles came off the floor quite easily. I'd kind of like the game board to stay consistent. |

I can't say for sure where my coteacher bought our copies of Twister but I believe it was either from Gmarket or a specialty game store (via internet). The funny thing is that I clearly remember being the one that found it on the internet (twice) but now I can't remember where...
Try the Toys R Us at Guil station? |

OK, so after making my own Twister game for today's camp by taping paper to the floor (and subsequently watching the paper get torn up during the game), I finally found a store with the real game. I bought it at Kidari English Store in Anyang, near Beomgye Station. There is also a Kidari Store in Suwon, but they were sold out of Twister.
I also want to mention that the Kidari Store in Anyang has really awesome service. They patiently gave me directions over the phone and even held a copy of the game for me. The saleslady's English wasn't perfect, but it was pretty good. If you teach in/near Anyang, I highly recommend this store for English class books and supplies. |
