Hi -
So I have a question about how the Korean insurance system works; I was able to look through the NHIC website but it isn't specific enough.
Basically, trying to figure out if shoulder surgery would be covered through NHIC. I have a contract with SMOE, and recently found out that I have some torn tendons in my shoulder that need to be fixed. If I choose to fix it in the states I will have to defer Korea until next round, but I know there are good shoulder surgeons in Korea and if it can be done there, that works fine for me as well.
Anyone with experience getting this type of treatment in Seoul? |
