Hello

I'll have two years experience of academy teaching as of next march.

My plan is to upgrade to a uni/unigwon position.

Would a Celta be a good idea? (I have no TEFL/MA) or a waste of money better spent on a shiny silver suit?

A TEFL cert of some kind is better than nothing when applying for something other than a hagwon.

I think a Master's would be best, because after 2 more years when they start letting all of those without advanced degrees go and refuse to hire any more you'll be glad you got one.
