Hi guys, wondering if u can help Confused... im hoping to be out in South Korea in the next few months and still very confused on the place that would be right for me..ive read up on so many other posts about it, that i think ive gone around the whole of Korea and now even more confused! any help would be much appreciated Very Happy

Im from the U.K
27 yrs old female
Travelling alone
Quite a social character so not too rural
Want to meet lots of others in my position
Not too fussed on the kind of school (is there a certain kind i should be going for? new to this!)

If you're not too bothered about the type of school, you don't want to be in a rural situation and you want to work with other native speakers, I would suggest getting a job in a big hagwan in a city. But you probably could have worked that out for yourself.

erm... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cities_in_South_Korea ?

Seoul and Busan are the two 'big' ones - all other cities in SK have unique areas but overall they're pretty much the same. For a first timer, I'd focus on finding a job that suits you - your social life isn't going to be dramatically different whether you're in Daegu or Daejeon.
