Taebaek does have track days (both for cars and bikes), but it is not very well publicized and their schedules do tend to change at the last moments... However, they are open to the public on per session basis during the non-event (when the track is not booked for some other events) days.

I've been there. Not exactly the most exciting track in the world Laughing, but it's the only safe (if you can call it that) track for motorbikes in Korea...

Nothing much around the track, but Taebaek city is about 20-30 minutes away.
