It's in the other side of doota... across the street... but the thing is he only deals with wholesales... his stuffs usually goes 2 japan, itaewon and some other place. It's hard to buy clothes from the wholesale market unless ur going to buy a lot~ If you wanna just look around it's this place called "kwang hee" it's right next to jeil pyonghwa(sorry if u don't know what am talking about)... it's right next to the park that they are building right now... about the exit am not sure.. but get out of the one that leads u to the park.... if you are looking for somthing specific let me know
