Hi I'm coming to Seoul for business end of August (August 20) until the 8th and looking to swap L.A. for an apartment in Seoul.

I currently live in Santa Monica (west Los Angeles) a mile from the beach and in a semi-urban area http://tinyurl.com/2b8jhmr It's a TWO STORY a 2 bedroom. I would be willing to let you come to my place ANY TIME OF THE YEAR for an apartment stay in Seoul. [my 2nd bedroom in my L.A. apartment is vacant year round. That means any time in the next year you can show up in L.A. and use the 2nd bedroom for an equal amount of time!]

Here's what I am looking for in Seoul:

Air conditioned apartment in Gangnam-Gu [ideal], Seochu-gu, Youngsun-gu, Hongdae/Ee-Day or Downtown Seoul near the subway. Must have a private room [no couch surfing]. The dates are August 20 until Sept 8.

I am an extremely clean, white thirty something guy who is in the film industry (not a teacher) and has lived in urban places since college so I know the deal. I am super respectful and have lived in the past mostly with women. I cannot tolerate pets, though. I am very quiet, however, I will be working so the apartment itself needs to be semi-quiet [tho I like to go out an party]

Money is an option, but I would like to swap if possible. Very flexible on this so if you want to meet me before you commit that's possible as well.
