Can anyone help me with the telephone information within Korea? I seem to recall dialing a number - such as 411, then the area code and getting an old time friend there. I pronounced his name well enough and recognized the number when I was given it.


This would be in Andong - in Gyungsun - buk - do.

Thats 054, right?

Is this service still available, and if so what do you dial? Oh, by the way, I have a Korean friend who could make the call for me: so I am asking for Korean information , not English.
