Basically the US says it 'misplaced' the Iraq oil revenue somewhere. Yeah, the money meant to reconstruct the country. LOL.

It wasn't long ago that the US convinced it's people that we had to go there because of ties to al queda and WMD's - both of which was never found. And now this.

How does the US not account for 8.7billion dollars?

Are you joking? That is mere chicken feed, probably fell out of someone at the Pentagon's pants when they were changing.

Many people do not remember this because it happened on the day before the attacks of 9/11, but at a press conference that day Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld announced that the Pentagon could not account for $2.3 Trillion Watch it.

The US doesn't worry if they lose money. They can just print more.

You didn't mention that that is 96% of the oil reconstruction money.

Here's the pie chart.

96%. Great. America just pisses money away. Ten billion here, ten billion there. Meanwhile: http://forums.eslcafe.com/korea/viewtopic.php?t=189156
