Are you joking? That is mere chicken feed, probably fell out of someone at the Pentagon's pants when they were changing.
Many people do not remember this because it happened on the day before the attacks of 9/11, but at a press conference that day Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld announced that the Pentagon could not account for $2.3 Trillion Watch it. |
