Police have arrested a woman who forcibly put her husband in a mental institution just because she wanted to live alone. On Dec. 2, 2002, she said she decided to put him in a mental hospital and be rid of him.
Song forced her daughter to write a false statement saying that Kim habitually beat his wife and daughter when he was drunk. Song also bribed neighbors and relatives to sign a petition that Kim needed to be hospitalized because he was dangerous when he was drunk.
