I called a few notaries and asked 'Can you notarize a degree?' and 'Can you notarize a criminal background check?'.

They responded that they could give me a 'certified copy'.

I am in Canada. Is this what I need to bring to the korean consulate? It is a 'certified copy'?

Otherwise, what did other Canadians do to 'notarize' their degree and crim. background check?
