[Enigma]

One of my students is a psychologist who works in a private hospital. We were talking about the medical system in Korea, and I asked her about the differences between public and private hospitals here, but she couldn't really explain. She told me a few things, but I got the impression that she didn't really understand how they were different.
So if any of you know, could you please tell me how they're different? e.g. Is the cost different? Do they offer different services? Is the quality of the medical care different? etc.

I'm only asking out of curiosity, but because we were discussing it and she didn't really seem to know, I thought maybe someone on here might.
