I know that you now need an FBI criminal background check if you want to work in Korea. What happens if you are already in Korea, can you apply for a FBI CBC at the US Embassy and also have it notarized there? A friend of mine is asking me and I do not know the answer.

She is in Korea and wants to work for another hagwon after her contract finishes.
