Be warned, this video is not for the faint at heart.
Though some of the scenes are staged to make the point of careless driving, there is actual footage to really bring the message home.

In case anyone asks, the song is My Immortal by Everscene

These shock factor driving ad's are the done thing in England. I used to see 2 or 3 in a single 'commercial break' to be more familiar for Americans.

After a minute all I could think about was how irritating the song was.

They've had these ads in NZ for at least a decade and the NZ govt stole the idea off Aussie, who had them at least a decade before that.

I guess they work. Would be interested to see some stats.

I like the one of the guy flying out of his car and getting flinged into the oncoming lane and someone runs him over. 100 Points!!!

But seriously, ya reap what ya sow.

Would like to see it but would then expect there to be many complaints about them being too graphic.

Without proper police enforcement of the piss poor, dangerous and irresponsible driving practices that I see here on a daily basis then any Ad campaign over here is virtually worthless.

Yeah you have a point.

Anything to stop bad drivers running red lights would be welcome! I've lost count the number of times I've had close shaves. Driving or walking.
