I am trying to get an application written to use in my school. I have some guy who says he can do the work, but ... there is a language problem.
Is there anyone out there capable of doing this, or who knows of someone that is reputable?
The specs are:
Allow students to practice exercises using:
1. multiple choice questions
Using left click
2. typed answer (keyboard entry).
English keyboard
3. a sequence of images with hotspots to next image
Each image has a designated hotspot
Correct left click on hotspot moves to next image
4. a drag and drop type question.
5. Allows for use/play of a Flash application/game between question groups
6. Allows for inclusion of simple voice recognition extension at a later date
All questions can be grouped into a topic (series). Each topic can be:
Randomized (shuffle/no shuffle toggle)
Choice of # of questions to be used from a set
Allows for repetition/no repetition of questions
Timed
Allows for an mp3 sound file to be played

% correct (accuracy no time requirement)
Time on task (i.e. speed)
A combination of accuracy and speed
Record and report on student progress.
Show % correct or time on task (toggle between)

On completion of a topic,
The next topic as set is made available to the student
