Hi,

Im leaving Korea indefinitely this sunday and I had heard that I have to turn in my visa at the airport. Does anybody know where I have to go to turn it in? and how long it takes?

when you are going through the departure place with all the officials who look at your passport and alien card you can just tell them you are finished and hand in your alien card.

Immigration? (can't be that, cos you are leaving) police? departures? don't know what it is you call them but it's what you do!

they will ask to see you alien card / passport / flight ticket etc...you will know what I am talking about when you are lining up to go through them.

It is your ARC that you turn in. Just go about your business of getting through security and immigration. At some point during this process someone will ask you if you are coming back. When you say no, they will not give your ARC back. There is nothing extra you need to do.

I thought I maybe had to go to that office where I went to get multiple entries for my E2

As you pass through passport control (just after going through security and BEFORE you get into the airport concourse.

Give it to the immigration officer who stamps your passport as you leave and tell him you are not returning.
