Okay, so I'm chuffed that the weather's warming up and I'm out jogging more often and loving it.
But I think this yellow dust is making me sick. Are there any joggers out there who brave the yellow dust? Do you wear a mask?
When is this shti going to go away? |

I don't wear a mask. It would be nice to have a filter, but I sometimes find it hard to get enough air without something covering my nose and mouth, so I guess that's what has discouraged me from wearing a mask. I've also noticed that I run slower than I did at home: my 10 K were about ten minutes faster even though I'm trying to push myself more here. Am narrowing that gap, though, bit by bit.
Good luck with your own running! |

| I jog at the old health club. Don't really know if that keeps the dust out or not, the windows are always wide open. |

Ahh lovely Naju. Many hills and not as much yella dust. Still i prefer the gym running machines. If you can be arsed to run anymore you stop. If you are out on the hill you have to keep running.
Used to do 5km in 17minutes 51 seconds on a treadmill. |

Anyone know any areas to jog in Pusan. There's Dong Baek Park (or whatever it's called), but I hate the tedium of circles.
Thanks |
