...The company that ran the public afer school program I work at was bought out by a different company. What are my rights regarding my contract, etc?
It is not one of those weird bank account scams where you open up separate bank accounts, but the new company man last week mentioned that my contract with the public school that immigration has can't be enforced at the labor board and that I'll have to make up a new one with the new company. I'm a bit worried about how the new contract might differ. Or if I'll get a new offer at all. Any insight would be helpful. I just want conditions to stay pretty much the same. |

I think that you should ask your original employer for a letter of release. Either way, you'll probably need it. |
