Search function is playing up and google won't give me any good results.

I'm coming from England, UK and I will be (unless advised against) bringing:
Laptop
External hard drive
Small hair dryer
Small hair straighteners
Camera battery charger
Phone charger

I understand that laptops have a volt coverter built in. What would I need to purchase for the rest?

Cheers

You can buy power converters in Korea for about 45,000 Won at homeplus.

Coming from the UK you don't need anything other than a simple plug adapter (the voltages are the same) and you are not bringing anything that is frequency sensitive that doesn't already have a transformer built in.

Coming from the US you WILL have issues with electronics. Check the labels on your devices. If they say 110-250VAC you are fine. If they say 110-125VAC then leave it home or buy a (step down) voltage TRANSFORMER here. They are about 40-50k won at most major department stores.
