Sorry if my earlier post wasn't clear. I'm considering an hourly job at a school that does not pay into pension. I completely understand this part and am not asking about the school.
My question is-- will I eventually have to sign myself up and pay a pension bill every month thus reducing my monthly wage (until I leave, when I'd get it all back)?
This is for any hourly teachers out there, thanks. |

I have been working hourly for almost 3 months. I haven't paid any pension. Only tax is deducted, nothing less, nothing more. Well...with the exception of this hakwon's private policy nothing less, nothing more. |
