I'm moving apartment next weekend, and I want to get a cable/internet package. What packages are you people using? How much is it? Service quality etc.

The large majority of cable/internet packages run about 20k-25 won (with the digital TV option) and down to 15k won for the basic cable/internet package
BUT the internet is throttled 512kbps - 2mbps on the downstream and 256-512k on the upstream).
They are fine for basic surfing and web-chat but suck big-time for heavy users.
You will not be able to use torrents (unable to seed) except for public trackers and they fall short when looking at streaming video.
