Hi guys, I'm a newbie teacher and I have a position in Gimhae which starts Sept. 1st.

I'm trying to figure out an idea of what types of clothes to bring.

Anyways, I have not been able to find what the temperature is like in terms of how hot or how cold it gets. I'm from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, so -20 degrees celsius is something which I see regularly during our winters. Does it snow in Gimhae or Busan? How cold does it get? What about heat?

1 other question unrelated to temperature. I am a weight lifting fanatic, so I am wondering what are the popular gyms in Busan, and Gimhae if you are familiar with Gimhae?

Busan remains fairly hot and humid in September. You still get days where the heat reaches 30+ degrees.

The winter in Busan is mild by Canadian standards, it rarely gets below -5 and the winter is pretty dry. It does get very windy however.

You get snow on the rare occasion but it does not stay on the ground for more than a day.

By the way Gimhea is a bit out of the way and not truly inside Busan proper.
