I've been exploring teaching opportunities for a while now and am looking for good school recommendations that I could possibly contact directly through email or telephone. I'm currently living in the states so if they have a website with email contacts that would be best.

I was recently offered a position that paid extremely well but demanded a lot. Most teach 8 courses per day and during the summer the work load increases. I do want to enjoy Korea for the year I'm there and felt that this would not allow me to do so. This is also a good school with a good reputation.

I'm now looking for a similar well established school that does not require such a demanding class schedule.

I've been a teacher for nearly 10 years mostly in a high school setting. I've also taught privately and at the university level.

Any recommendations are very welcome and if you work at a good school and they are currently looking for an experienced teacher, please pass their name and contact along.

I'm focusing on Seoul but any suggestions in interesting areas of Korea are welcome.

Thank you for the help!

Do a search for private high schools in Seoul and throughout Korea.

Also apply to all the universities.

You don't really want to work at a hagwon, and if you do you probably not going to get a good recommendation here. Good hagwons are few and far between.

Anyone with a good job isn't going to let you into their job, so unless they are leaving chances are slim you'll get a specific recommendation.
