You may also be able to rip your dvds to the drive on the wii. The older USB Loader can and I think Wii Flow is just a GUI on top of that. |

I downloaded WBFS manager but got the following message when I tried to load my drive.

An error occurred while loading drive. Make sure the drive is not in use or open and that it has been formatted to WBFS format |
As far as I know because my wii is one of the newer wii (and black) the DVD drive is able to read DVDR disks so I don't think I can just rip dvds from my wii's drive. |

Hmm... So have you managed to load anything off that drive? I you bought it as a package the guys probably made it into two partitions. The first one will be in FAT32 format, and the second one (probably the larger of the two) will be in WFBS format. This is what Wiiflow is able to read, but it is unreadable by Windows.
When you have plugged the drive in go to My Computer. You'll hopefully see two drives, with one of them is being reported as unformatted. Thats the drive you want to mount in WFBS Manager. |

Thanks, I did as you suggested and checked My Computer and sure enough I found the second drive.
Thanks again,
Blade. |
