2 bedroom apartment available in Haebangchon. NO HILL. In between Phillie's and the Family Mart. Close to everything!

2 bedrooms, one with tons of built in closet space, 1 bathroom, separate kitchen, Large living room. Lots of sunlight, and better than most of the apartments I've seen in this area.

I love this place, and would love to stay, but alas, the wife, myself, a baby, and a pet need to move to a more family type home. Also, I have a healing broken leg, and can't climb the one flight of stairs easily.

3rd floor. You also have access to the roof (albeit, someone else lives in the rooftop apartment. But, the rooftop is nice, and great for grilling or just relaxing. There is even a two seater swing up there, and a little garden.

Apartment is available from September 2.

Key money is flexible. 5 million key money will make your rent 1 million a month. We gave them 30 million for key money, and our rent is 700,000 a month. I'm sure you can give anything in between.
