Anyone here teaching in international school in seoul, esp. mokdong?
I am finding an international school for my daughter who will turn 6 next year. I intend to send her to an international school after kindgarten.
Since I don't have any idea about international school here in seoul, information of any kind will be appreciated. Thanks |

As you can see (if you click on the schools at the bottom) international schools are quite expensive here. |

Thanks a lot!
Out of my expect, there are not that many international schools in the area...
Money of course is one of my concern, I am also worry about their English requirement for admission. My girl is sent to a Korean kindgarten for learning Korean. Literally, her understanding of English is good but she can't really speak in the language. Anyone has idea roughlly what will be in a placement test or stuffs like this for international school admission for grade 1 /elementary student?
I think I still have time to do something on that... |

Be careful!
From what I've heard, some international schools are full of Korean children who were simply born in the U.S. and barely speak any English. |
