I recently stumbled upon a website which gives excellent insight and directions on how to cook Korean dishes (and make good substitutions!), and I would like to share it with those who want to know how to do it:

http://www.maangchi.com/

The Korean lady who runs the website gives detailed directions, with Youtube videos and photos to help the clueless. I have tried her recipes, and they were a hit.

NOTE: Sometimes she uses different ingredients in the video than in her written recipes, so watch the video and read her blog/recipe entries.

Thanks man, looks like a really well organized site. I'll get the old ball and chain on this immediately.
