weather.com is accurate, but you have to remember just how huge Seoul is. It gives the weather for the middle of the city and if you are on the outskirts it may not work for you. check the radar.

I usually use the Korean Meteorological website, though they have been known to be grossly inaccurate. At times I use that one and Weather.com and compare them. As always, take what both sites say with a grain of salt.
