if any of the forum experts can please advise, What is the new process for renewing hogwan contract please (E2 visa)? my contract ends on october 2, 2010, so i will be renewing in the last 2 weeks of september 2010

how long is the apostille on the university diploma valid for? its just that i may end up not renewing at the same hogwan, so need to to if the apostille has an expiry date

also, when does the 13 month visa's come into effect? if i apply in the last 2 weeks of september, will i be given a 13month visa?
