Does anyone have BlazBlue Continuum Shift on the PS3? Is it in English? The case doesn't really say. I want to know before I commit to importing it.

I got it off Gmarket. It's in English, though with a little bit of "Engrish" creeping in. Like, for example, when a new fight starts, the game proclaims "Rebel One!" (instead of Level One)

That's not an Engrish thing. I platinumed Calamity Trigger and I have Continuum Shift and it's just how the game is. Level One doesn't make any more sense, to be honest.

It kinda does... I think they meant Round One, which makes a lot more sense than anything Rebel One is close to... I thought they meant someone in Luke Skywalker's squadron at first.

Rebel One could be the first battle of the rebellion, by that twisted logic. Regardless, the point is that it is not any sort of weird translation error, it's just how the game is. I should play it again...

Not sure exactly what you're seeing as twisted there, as the difference between Level and Rebel is consistent with translation difficulties Asian language speakers typically have with English.

But if you're insistent this can't be the case, then, hey, more power to you. It's not worth arguing about.
