Sorry if this has been asked, but couldn't find the thread for it. I bought some Asian style underwear, but the rear doesn't have enough buttock room despite them being the right waist size. They just don't fit right and feel too low and tight. Where in Seoul can you get regular American style briefs? |

Is there a certain brand you're after? Try Namdaemun...you'll have to go into some of the indoor markets there but they have tons of underwear there. |

Tommy Hilfiger and Levi's would have what you're looking for at a price you may or may not be willing to pay. Or maybe try a different style? Like the ones that are a cross between boxers and briefs? They go down the leg a bit but are tight. Sorry I don't know the name for them. |

I was at the Costco in Yangpyung 2 weeks ago and they had a nice selection of Calvin Klein undergarments. I picked up a 6 pack of undershirts and the price was pretty comparable to what I'd pay at Macy's. What was really nice is, they had both Western and Asian sizes of all Calvin Klein stuff. They had a pretty large underwear display, so I'd say check there. |

Just basic cheap made in China Fruit of Loom will suffice. Most stuff back home is made in China, but far different than what they sell in China. You seen Western style cotton briefs in Namdaemun market? |

I believe there are several vending machines in Tokyo. Or you could try a website.
Good luck.

Even though they've never seen it, Koreans are all looking for this magical western underwear ... even to get just a glimpse of the elusive Migook Pahntie ... they will go to any length ... they've even been known to go around to the apartments of foreign teachers ... knock and turn the door knob ... hoping it has been left open so they can go in, surprise the hapless foreigner and get a peek ...
