Anyone know of any decent ones sold in Korea for a reasonable price?
I need a small boost before exercising because I tend to get the hunger shakes in the middle of a run. |

Ordered before (Korean friend helped me out), no problems, fast shipping. I think you may need a Korean RC number (No ARC numbers accepted?) |

Ty, prices are pretty good. How long do deliveries normally take? |

I can tell you for sure that Costco doesn't have them. One of my coworkers was looking for them and asked me to check for her. Your best bet is the person who gave you the link to that site. |

It costs way more, but I buy my stuff from GNC. I just don't trust the protein from Korean companies. |

The site I linked has a bunch of imported Western brands, I don't use Korean protein either. The only nitpick I have about it is that deliveries tend to take a few days, not sure how that compares with other sites in general but it isn't next-day in my experience. |

I was browsing through the site and it's worth noting they have a allergy and sinus medication. |

I like mass119. I get a friend to help me order as I cannot sign up for it. The optimum nutrition is pretty good with many flavors (I get the 5lbs one for about 60,000Wons with shipping, although you can get a 10lbs bag for 100,000wons I think... |

+1 On the Optimum Nutrition
Standard, made in the U.S.A. Whey protein. They have regular whey, Hydro and Cassein. Prices are pretty comparable with that of bodybuilding.com. Ships within about 3 business days. My friend said they were shipping from Europe? Strange, but I still got my stuff relatively quick and they were genuine ON products.
Don't buy the Weider Protein powder at Costco (2lbs), chocolate flavor, has a picture of an American flag on it. Stuff tastes like utter garbage. Really had a hard time finishing it
Have a friend help you out like Linda868 said. Even have some of the guys at your gym or the gym manager himself order it for you. See if they can help you out (unless they sell their own version of K-protein powder) |

+1 I got the weight gainer and it didn't give good results. Always craving more food after a workout.
I went on vacation to Guam brought back about 10 lbs of whey and saw a great improvement in strenght and recovery with a better protein. |

Don't buy protein bars from Korea. It's well known that any supplement product in Korea is cut down with rice flour as the industry is much more regulated here than in the US. If you're going for super high quality bars or powders, order from bodybuilding.com or another American site that ships to Korea. I used to order a lot from bodybuilding.com and have no complaints.
Look at the nutrition facts and read the labels before you buy Korean products. For example, I was going to buy a box of bars from g-market until I read the label. 6g of protein per bar. Not a lot considering one bar of an American brand is about 30g. The cost also works out to about 3,000W per bar. Then I dropped into my local family mart and just picked up one of the Dr. You generic bars. Guess what? 6g of protein per bar and only costs a little over a 1,000W. |
