I just started working at a high school and in the first week had the following experiences:
- Some third years tried to hassle me for money
- I have co-workers ask me why Im eating in the teachers cafeteria
- Security guards are stopping me at the gate because Im not properly dressed.
- Students attempted to block me from my office because they were using the adjoining room to prep for a show

What is up with my school, you ask?

They all think Im a student.

Now I have students running after me apologizing and pleading with me to keep quiet. Co-teachers are trying to set me up with daughters and nieces. And the security guards? Well, they are still asking me why Im not in uniform.

What should I do with my remaining anonymity? I would say 90% of the school still has no idea who I am.

I dress like most of the male teachers at my school. I could use a haircut, though. Have quite the mane growing out.
