| When it says clean criminal record check, does that include a misdemeanor for a driving offense? Has anyone had something like that and still been accepted? |

| if it shows up on your CBC it'll just give them a reason to find another applicant whose one is clean. If it doesnt pop up, dont mention it (which im sure you won't) and you'l be fine. |

Driving offenses like speeding, failing to wear a seatbelt or running a red do not show up in your typical Criminal Record Check.
Driving offenses like DWI, dangerous driving, etc, do show up and will get your visa application declined.
Get your CRC and see what it says. If it is anything other than "no record" you will need to find another country to work in.

| It does show up, but it is for driving with a suspended licence. I also got a job with EPIK with this on my record a year ago.....and immigration issued my visa without any questions..... |
