I'm thinking of getting my own printer, as my University doesn't supply one and I have to walk to another building and ask an assistant, who is always busy, to do it for me.
Does anyone have a printer they like that doesn't cost a fortune in ink?
Sorry I'm guessing this topic has been posted on before, but when I search for 'printer' there are way to many results . . . and printers change so frequently an updated topic is helpful

bought a HP photsmart 209 from gmarket, I'm happy with it, wireless which I've actually used the function of a few times but not all that important, scanner can do really high quality scans straight to PDF/USB/SD/wifi to PC etc.
And on Gmarket you can get it with this big external ink tank type thng (you'll see it) I bought that but have been draining the stock cartridges it came with and they've done me 2 months now, but not much left in them as warnings keep popping up. So can't comment on how well it works, but can do soon! |

just buy an hp printer and then you can get refills REALLY cheap (I think $10 or $15 bucks) at stationary stores.
Don't get one with a scanner, though. |
