Does anyone know how to do this?

I'm not sure I know exactly what you want. However, if you want internet sites to perceive you as being in the U.S. (sites like Hulu and such are restricted to US IPs only) you might want to try this:

Way too much spyware and advertising on that site.

I'm looking for the way to go into Windows 7 and physically revert my computer's IP country code.

Your IP is assigned by your ISP, not Windows, so nothing in Windows should help you here.

what you need is a proxy server or VPN (I recommend strongvpn.com).

I don't know where you get that idea from. I've been using it for years.

Good luck making Windows change you IP. Laughing

The latest hotspot shield is terrible. It inserts ads everywhere, even with adblock on, and it'll even throw them into steam since the product pages are web pages.

It's also blacklisted by a lot of sites since it's so well known.
I couldn't unlock Fallout: New Vegas with it.
Use this instead:
http://www.securitykiss.com/sk/index.php
however you only get 300MB/day so it's not much good for watching shows unless you want to pay

There's another site called proxpn. I used it and I was able to watch off of Hulu. The only problem was, my connection dropped in speed quite a bit. Without it, I was running around 98mbps. With it I was getting 1.4 mbps. Servers were from England as well for some reason... But it worked, and there weren't any ads!

Same one I use. I find if I let Hulu buffer for a while on pause while I go fix a snack or something, I can get through a 30 minute show with no interruptions.

Go to proxy.org They have many different places to go with. I use hidemyass.com or something like that. Just type in the web address through them.

Out of the 5 or 6 ways I've tried the only one working 100% was to use Firefox with the FoxyProxy plugin, and using http://www.xroxy.com/proxylist.htm to find US Proxies that work. I've used this method with no lag on Hulu and playing online fps on US servers.

1) Download Firefox (install)
2) Intall FoxyProxy plugin.
3) Go to http://www.xroxy.com/proxylist.htm
click on the little icon to the left of the Ip address you want to use.
It will automatically change to that IP.
4) Ready to go.
