I'm looking to rent my apt. in Sinchon asap until Nov. 13th (when the lease ends). You can sublet until then and make a lease in your own name for the next year if you choose to.
It's a 2 bedroom in a great location, only a minute from Hyundai Dept. store. Less than 5 min to the subway station.
$700/month, fully furnished. I am moving soon and haven't yet decided which pieces of furniture I'm taking. I'm willing to sell the furniture to you at a cheap price if you're looking to stay long term.
Most studios in Sinchon go for over 500/mo so its quite cheap comparatively. The location alone is worth it. |
