| Has anyone got e mails addresses of government agencies such as immigration or pensions? I find their web sites seldom seem to give out e mail addresses. I much prefer e mail then I have a record of the advice they give. |

They almost NEVER reply to an e-mail.
In more than a decade of communicating with different government agencies I think I only got 3 or 4 e-mails returned (in English).
Phone service or in person.
