The Costco in Yeongdeungpo-gu had 2 models a few months back. There was a small desktop model for 50,000won or a larger size for 200,000won. I would definitely call them to see if they are still in stock before you head out.
I went to an appliance store in my town and the shopkeeper had a few models she could order, but they were in the 400,000won price range. She said most people just use their A/C as a dehumidifier. |

Gmarket is your best bet, the 6-litre Winix model is my recommendation. Works like a charm for my 2 bedroom apartment.
Why would you want to buy one now though? The humid summer season is almost at an end. |

| Do you have an airconditioner? Almost all of them have a dehumidifying setting (제습) and will serve the double function of keeping you cool. By the sounds of it a cheapish airconditioner would be cheaper than a dehumidifier too, likely so even with installation. |

| I find in the late fall and winter my apartment is too dry. If you bought a dehumidifier now, you'd probably only need it for a very short time. |
