Does anyone have any recruiter recommendations for people who don't fall into the traditional early twenty-something white American job seeker? Who are open to working with people to find positions where blond hair/blue eyes, etc. are less important than experience, degrees, etc.? At this point, I am open to suggestions both within and outside of Korea.

there are lots of them.

What are you looking for?
Where are you willing to work?
What credentials do you have beyond the basic BA (in terms of being a teacher)?
What kind of package do you seek?
Telling something about yourself can be a big help when handing out advice.

Of course you can ignore all that and just post your resume on every EFL job site around the planet, screen out the crap and choose from what is left.

Works with recruiters too. E-mail a couple hundred of them and see what you get. They get paid by the schools for finding you so you are bound to find something with the shotgun approach.
