HELP!!!

I have bought a wireless router (ipTime N104M) and am trying to connect my girlfriend's MAC to the network but with no luck at all. It says that the password is incorrect.

Is there something I am missing? I am running Win7....


I have searched the net and have not found anything useful because everything is so ancient. THANKS!
